Graduates have acquired advanced cultural and professional knowledge so that they may best understand the most significant elements of healthcare treatment, management, continuing education and research in their professional field of expertise.
Graduates must:
- have the ability to collect and analyse individual healthcare treatment, also taking into account gender peculiarities;
- have the ability to programme deal with complex healthcare and organisational problems;
- have the ability to programme, manage and critically analyse healthcare treatments to improve overall treatment quality (planning, management, supervision and control)
- supervise healthcare treatment in specific the field of expertise;
- apply and critically evaluate impact of different theoretical models to healthcare treatments;
- have the ability to plan, implement and evaluate professional training activities;
- develop teaching skills for professional tutorials;
- apply appropriate research methodology in the field of healthcare treatment, clinical-healthcare treatment, organisation and professional training;
- critically analyse ethical and multicultural issues related to healthcare treatment.
